Should I pre-book my appointments?

Karadda Skin 'n Body enjoys high occupancy all year round so we recommend you pre-book your appointments, especially for treatments exceeding 30minutes in duration.  We try to accommodate all requests where possible, to avoid disappointment, re-booking your appointments before you leave is the best way to get the date, time and therapist that suits you best.

Where do I park my car?

Both salons have free parking close by.  Murray Avenue in Renmark has no restrictions on parking as do the surrounding streets off Barwell Avenue in Barmera.  Barwell Avenue has 2hour limits in business hours.

Do you have gift vouchers?

Yes, you can choose a particular treatment or simply a monetary value as a special gift for someone.  The vouchers are presented in an enevlope with ribbon.  All gift vouchers have a six month expiry and can be used towards treatments or products of the recipient's choice.  Gift vouchers are not valid on treatment specials or birthday specials.

What if I need to cancel my appointment?

We understand that sometimes you may need to cancel your appointment.  In the interest of other clients and our staff, we ask that you give us 12 hours notice for cancellations on all treatments exceeding a 1 hour duration and appreciate a phone call for all other appointments.  Late cancellation or a No-Show of treatments exceeding 1hour will incur a 50% charge.  Gift vouchers will also lose this value.  Credit card details or cash/eftpos deposits are requested at time of booking.  We appreciate your understanding.

I just want some advice on my skin, do I have to have a facial to discuss my concerns?

No you don't.  Our therapists are all trained in Dermalogica Skincare and we stock an extensive homecare range.  We offer a complimentary skin analysis, where you are able to discuss your skin concerns with one of our therapists and after taking a closer look at your skin, they are then able to recommend both salon treatments and homecare options for you.

Do you cater for couples and groups?

Yes, we do.  Our Barmera salon is very large and we can offer couples treatments as well as groups like wedding or hens parties.  Speak to one of our therapists who can help you choose treatments that work well for large groups.  At an additional cost we also offer wine and nibbles following your treatments.  Please book all group and couples treatments in advance.

What if I am pregnant?

Please notify us when you are booking your appointment.  There are particular treatments that you may not be able to have whilst you are pregnant, but many that are perfect for Mums-to-be with tired, aching feet.  We will help you choose appropriate treatments for you at this special time.

I have a health condition and I am on medication, does my therapist need to know this?

Yes she does.  If you have any concerns regarding your health please notify us at time of booking including allergies, colds or flu.  We also ask you to fill in a consultation form before all body and facial treatments so we are aware of health considerations before your treatment.
